I collaborated with a renowned sanitary ware company, utilizing a 3D scanner to capture faucet models, refining the digital files, and ultimately producing physical prototypes using a 3D printer.

Back then, 3D printing equipment and materials were prohibitively expensive and primarily limited to industrial and research settings. Upon re-entering the 3D printing field seventeen years later, I was amazed by the increased accessibility of the technology. Desktop printers and materials had become affordable for individuals, hobbyists, and small businesses. This transformative shift significantly influenced my decision to fully dedicate myself to the industry. I recognized an opportunity to simplify and enhance the practicality of 3D printing for a broader audience, which ultimately led to the creation of ANTINSKY.

Over the past several years, ANTINSKY has meticulously developed a multi-layered business structure designed to integrate product distribution, materials and accessories, and comprehensive services within a unified ecosystem. This strategic framework enables the company to observe how users interact with 3D printing technologies across various stages, from initial equipment acquisition to daily operational processes. Insights gleaned from these diverse activities inform both our product development strategies and customer support protocols, ensuring we are meeting the real-world needs of our users.

The foundational element of this ecosystem is the 3D printer trading and distribution arm, supported by a robust network of online and offline sales channels. Complementing distribution, ANTINSKY places significant emphasis on after-sales support, currently functioning as an authorized repair center for specific brands within mainland China. For instance, in LCD resin printing, conventional FEP release films often generate high release forces, contributing to print failures and limiting compatibility with newer, high-speed printers. To overcome this limitation, ANTINSKY engineered an ACF release film that reduces release force, accelerates printing speeds, and enhances overall print success rates. This proactive approach to problem-solving is a hallmark of our ecosystem.

In the realm of FDM printing, ANTINSKY introduced a Cold Printing Plate, facilitating printing without the necessity of a heated build plate while also mitigating unpleasant odors, making it ideally suited for home and office environments. This innovative solution addresses common user concerns and expands the applicability of FDM printing.

On the materials front, ANTINSKY’s Detail Master photosensitive resin empowers LCD printers to produce intricate, miniature models that previously required DLP technology, all while maintaining low material costs. This material innovation democratizes access to high-resolution printing capabilities.

To further enhance resin printing reliability, ANTINSKY developed a resin Heat Mixer that autonomously heats and mixes resin, stabilizing material temperature, minimizing bubble formation, and simplifying print preparation. This automated solution contributes to more consistent and reliable print outcomes.

As an integral component of its ecosystem, ANTINSKY also developed the Antmega Cure, a large-format post-curing system designed specifically for desktop resin printing. The unit utilizes a dual-band light source at 385 nm and 405 nm to support a broader spectrum of photosensitive resins and improve curing consistency. Boasting a curing chamber measuring up to 350 × 350 × 400 mm, it is designed to accommodate larger resin parts and facilitate batch curing. The Antmega Cure operates using a heating mode with two distinct options: a timed mode and a constant temperature mode, ensuring stable post-curing conditions and contributing to improved surface quality and dimensional stability in resin-printed parts. This comprehensive approach to post-processing further enhances the quality and reliability of 3D printed parts.

This encompasses the development of a large-format dual-light curing unit designed to support larger resin prints, as well as automated filament-handling tools engineered to minimize printing interruptions and material waste.
