While selective laser sintering (SLS) is becoming an increasingly popular additive manufacturing process, there are still obstacles to overcome, particularly in terms of powder management, safety, repeatability, and the final quality of parts. Powder is often handled manually, and changing materials is no easy task. This is where TPM3D aims to make a difference. As an expert in SLS 3D printing, the company has been offering industrial solutions for a range of applications across multiple sectors for several years.
This year at Formnext 2025 (Hall 11.0, Booth C18), TPM3D will unveil two new products designed to make SLS technology more accessible, easier to use, and safer. The company will present these innovations on the first day of the show, November 18, at 11:15 a.m., on the Technology Stage (stand 12.1-B49). Be sure to mark the date in your calendar!
In the meantime, we have gathered some details about these new products to gain a better understanding of what will set them apart from competing solutions. TPM3D is set to launch a new professional-grade SLS 3D printer, the CF200, along with a powder processing solution, the PPS200. These releases mark the first step toward a new product line for the manufacturer, the Compact Series. Additionally, it signals a strategic shift: the goal is to make the SLS process cleaner, more efficient, and more accessible for R&D and small-batch production environments, while maintaining industrial-level performance.
