Start off with 3Dnatives first 3D Interview which was with ATHOS, a Spanish company that is making fully customized climbing shoes that are shaped to your feet. Next, take a look at ICON’s latest 3D printed home which was designed with sustainability and DfAM in mind, House Zero. Top 2: ICON Unveils its Latest 3D Printed Home, House Zero
ICON has unveiled its latest 3D printed home! Called House Zero, the innovative 3D printing construction company noted that they hope it would be the first in a line of houses specifically designed to use the opportunities created by 3D printing. Located in East Austin, the house was 3D printed by ICON’s next-gen Vulcan construction system and designed by Lake|Flato, who are known for their sustainable designs. You can see how it was made as well as see the house itself in ICON’s video below.
