After the success of last year’s ADDITIV virtual events, which brought together thousands of additive manufacturing professionals, with key players in different industries, the leading virtual event platform for additive manufacturing is back once again. This time, we’re happy to announce the launch of the first edition of ADDITIV Metals World! Join us on May 22nd from 9:00 AM – 1:30 PM EDT (3:00 – 7:30 PM CEST) for a half-day virtual event dedicated to metals in 3D printing. We will be welcoming an expected 500+ attendees a day full of panel discussions, workshops, and networking. Register for free to attend!

Metals play a key role in additive manufacturing. They are widely used in industries such as aerospace, automotive, oil and gas, medical, and many others to create lightweight, durable, and customized components. Leading additive technologies like Laser Powder Bed Fusion (PBF) and Directed Energy Deposition (DED) enable the production of complex geometries while significantly reducing material waste. This approach enhances design optimization, weight reduction, and on-demand production, driving a revolution in industrial manufacturing. We will discuss all this and much more alongside our speakers and event participants at ADDITIV Metals World!

ADDITIV Metals World is the first ADDITIV event completely dedicated to the use of metals in additive manufacturing

What Can You Expect at ADDITIV Metals World?

The structure of our ADDITIV events will return again for this edition: three 40-minute panel discussions and three 20-minute workshops will follow each other over the course of the half-day event. The first panel discussion of the day will be “Harnessing the Potential for Metal AM in Transport,” the second will focus on “How to Optimize the Metal AM Workflow,” while the third will center on “How to Create Lightweight Parts With Metal AM: Material Restricts and Design Challenges.” The event will be completely free.
