Founded in China in 2020 and now strategically based in the USA, Helio Additive is rapidly gaining recognition for its sophisticated Dragon thermal simulation software, a critical tool that addresses some of the most persistent and complex challenges in additive manufacturing, particularly concerning material behavior and print reliability.

The core innovation of Helio Additive lies in its advanced slicing and analysis software. The Dragon software is designed to precisely cut 3D models into individual voxels – volumetric pixels – and meticulously record the thermal progression throughout the entire printing process, layer by layer.
